RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
  • Limpiar y desinfectar oficinas y establecimientos comerciales.
  • Aspirar, barrer y trapear los pisos.
  • Sacudir y limpiar diferentes superficies.
  • Limpiar y desinfectar los baños.
  • Vaciar la basura y los contenedores de reciclaje.
  • Limpiar áreas de descanso y áreas comunes.
  • Reponer papel, jabón y otros suministros de limpieza cuando sea necesario.
  • Seguir las listas de limpieza y los procedimientos de la compañía.
  • Mantener un ambiente limpio y profesional.
  • Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o falta de suministros.
REQUISITOS
  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en limpieza comercial, pero se puede proporcionar entrenamiento.
  • Ser puntual y poder cumplir con el horario establecido.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y completar las tareas asignadas.
  • Tener transporte confiable para llegar al lugar de trabajo.
  • Poder estar de pie, agacharse, estirarse y realizar tareas físicas de limpieza.
  • Deberá poder pasar una verificación de antecedentes, si es requerida.
  • Estar autorizado(a) para trabajar legalmente en los Estados Unidos

JOB DUTIES
  • Clean and sanitize commercial offices and facilities
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms
  • Empty trash and recycling
  • Clean break rooms and common areas
  • Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
  • Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment
  • Report any maintenance or supply issues
REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but training may be provided
  • Must be punctual and able to follow a schedule
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned duties
  • Reliable transportation to the job site
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning tasks
  • Must be able to pass a background check if required
  • Authorized to work in the U.S
