Requirements

Requisitos

• Must be 18 years or older
  Debe tener 18 años o más

• Must be able to work full time

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer and data entry experience
  Experiencia básica en computación y entrada de datos

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (bilingual experience strongly preferred)

• Collections experience a plus
  Experiencia en cobranzas es una ventaja

• Must pass a criminal background check, consumer credit check, and drug screening

• Provide superior bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service

• Support store operations and maintain a positive customer experience
