The Role

We're seeking a results-driven, innovative Marketing Manager to lead and execute the strategies that strengthen our brand, fuel our dealer and sales channels, and grow revenue. You'll build integrated programs across brand, content, social, video, digital, email, events, product launches, and dealer communications — moving fluidly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.

This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO, with a real seat at the table. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and leadership to make sure marketing is aligned to company objectives and our EOS/Traction priorities. The ideal candidate is a modern, up-to-date social media expert and brand builder who is organized, creative, data-driven, and obsessed with turning marketing into measurable growth.

What You'll Own

Brand & Creative

Brand stewardship: Own and evolve the SI brand across every touchpoint, keeping it premium, innovative, and consistent from social post to trade-show booth.
Content & storytelling: Produce design-forward content — photography, video, case studies, project spotlights, and sales collateral — that shows our screens and shades in stunning real-world installations.

Social Media & Digital

Social leadership: Serve as SI's social media expert — own strategy and daily execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
Short-form video: Lead a social-first, short-form video approach (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) that keeps SI culturally current, trend-forward, and ahead of competitors.
Creators & community: Build and run creator/influencer partnerships and dealer-generated content programs; grow engaged communities and manage real-time engagement and reputation.
Web & performance: Manage and optimize the SI website (WordPress), SEO/SEM, paid media (Google, Meta, YouTube), and email marketing.
Modern tooling / AI: Leverage AI and the latest marketing tools to accelerate content creation, personalization, and campaign performance — and stay ahead of what's next.

Channel & Dealer Marketing (CEDIA)

Dealer enablement: Equip our custom-integration dealers and reps to sell: sales-enablement kits, co-branded assets, dealer communications, training content, and turnkey campaigns.
Sales partnership: Partner with Sales to drive demand into the dealer channel and support key accounts and target markets.

Product Launches & Events

Launches: Lead go-to-market for new products — positioning, messaging, and launch campaigns that land with dealers and end clients.
Events & PR: Own SI's presence at industry events and trade shows (CEDIA Expo, ISE, and more): booth experience, pre- and post-show campaigns, PR, and award submissions that build our reputation as an innovator.

Strategy, Analytics & Operations

Strategy & KPIs: Develop integrated marketing plans tied to company growth objectives and quarterly Rocks; establish meaningful KPIs and reporting, then analyze and optimize.
Budget & research: Manage the marketing budget and outside vendors/agencies for maximum ROI, and conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in premium consumer products, building products, technology, AV, or a B2B / B2B2C brand.
Proven social media expertise — you live on the platforms, understand the algorithms, and can create and direct short-form video that actually performs.
Strong digital skills: SEO/SEM, paid social and search, email, marketing automation, and analytics (GA4).
Proficiency with WordPress and modern content/design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut/Premiere, or similar).
Fluency with AI marketing tools and a genuine hunger to adopt what's next.
A demonstrated ability to turn data into decisions and campaigns into measurable growth.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and budgets.
Exceptional brand sense and an eye for premium, design-forward aesthetics.
Highly organized, and equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.

Nice to Have

Experience in the CEDIA / custom-integration, AV, smart-home, lighting, or luxury design channels.
Hands-on video production/editing and photography direction.
Familiarity with dealer/channel marketing, co-op programs, and B2B2C models.
