COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS INTERN
ABOUT THE JOB
Schneider Internship Program offers a 6-month professional trial aiming at attracting, growing and developing the most competent university students across the country into the Company and groom them to become future leader pipelines of Schneider Electric
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support market intelligence activities by providing macroeconomic, segment, and competitor insights through monthly BI newsletters.
- Support the adoption and deployment of digital and AI tools across the sales organization.
- Support Salesforce CRM (bFO) data quality initiatives, including pipeline health monitoring and customer account data management.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and performance reviews for Channels, Products, and Sales teams.
- Support contract and annex management (SP, Cambodia), as well as customer master data creation and maintenance in SAP and Oracle.
- Support Tier 2 rebate operations, including tracking, validation, and administration of sales programs (SE Day and SoS).
- Support data cleansing and customer data management activities, including project updates, electrician project database maintenance, and certificate-related data administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Business, International Business, Economic, Market Research, Finance, Statistics, or related fields
- High level of critical thinking, analytical thinking, attention to detail & numerical skill
- Be collaborative and have a client-centric mindset
- Excellence writing and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Comfortable working with lager data sets and numbers
