Join scaile as their first dedicated Customer Growth / Operations hire, working directly with the founders to onboard and grow the 40+ B2B clients. Build the AI Native Operating System that handles and scales to thousands of clients. EUR 70k - 110k base plus 0.25-0.75% VSOP depending on profile strength, based in Munich.
