THIS POSITION IS SEASONAL ONLY AND WILL NOT EXCEED 90 DAYS.
This position is responsible for
Recruits, trains, coordinates, and monitors the work of employees and/or volunteers to meet Christmas program needs.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, schedules, and assigns work of Christmas volunteers.
Instructs volunteers in proper methods and procedures.
Checks and approves work in progress to ensure accuracy and completeness as well as compliance with Salvation Army policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Work requires working in a warehouse environment with exposure to fluctuating temperatures and discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Public Relations or a related field, AND
One year experience recruiting people to perform work on a volunteer basis preferred, OR
Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
