WHAT YOU WILL DO
Greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an outstanding first impression.
Conduct personalized experiences highlighting key products and services, and brand heritage.
Facilitate connections throughout the store to optimize service opportunity and customer experience.
Operate flexibly between the sales floor and the Concierge Lounge, adapting to the needs of each environment.
In the Concierge Lounge, warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins, and register visitors efficiently.
Offer complimentary beverages and manage coat check services with attentiveness and discretion.
Maintain an organized, inviting lounge environment that reflects the luxury standards of the brand.
Collaborate with sales associates and management to deliver a seamless and elevated customer journey.
Flexibly manage your schedule to accommodate peak store hours, special events, and VIP appointments.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
A Customer Obsessed Mindset
A passion for providing a seamless and elevated experience for clients
Knowledge of hospitality and/ or related customer facing industry
Ability to quickly problem solve client concerns and determine solutions with limited supervision
Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range $22.03 - $27.54*
Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
