About this role

SAIC is looking for an Program Analyst Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the operational aspects of ongoing projects. 
•    Participate in the operational aspects of ongoing projects
•    Serve as a liaison between project management, planning teams, and line management
•    Review project status, budgets, and schedules, and prepare regular status reports
•    Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
•    Monitor project progress and support problem-solving efforts with project managers, line managers, and clients
•    Ensure contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being fulfilled
•    Support the definition and implementation of project planning techniques
•    Assist in developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual and project requirements
•    Participate in establishing and defining program plan requirements
•    Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelors and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.


Experience: 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow specific instructions and established policies and procedures
  • Eagerness to learn industry practices and standards
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, project leaders, and team members
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain active secret (Interim Secret required to start)
