Mechanical Engr

SAIC is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support of IR/RF Countermeasures Design and Acquisitions. This role will be mentored by an experienced team within the project.
Responsibilities may include:
•    Actively participate in mentor relationship to learn program specific needs and processes as well as learning the technical and engineering required for the engineering and acquisition of the systems
•    Review of contractor provided, or government test, data to provide feedback leadership summarizing results
•    Development of technical documentation during system integration and development based on direction and guidance provided by team subject matter experts
•    Review and evaluation of prime contractor delivered CDRLs as assigned to verify specified content
•    Participation in technical discussions with a variety of stakeholders
•    Development and presentation of briefs related to specific areas of technical expertise and system relevant components
•    Participation in planning, development, test, and evaluation activities for system integration with both system specific and platform subject matter experts

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and two (2) years of experience.

Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
