About this role
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join a small, high-intensity team building complex data migration infrastructure for enterprise customers. You should have experience shipping B2B software at a high-growth company (ideally Series A–C) and be comfortable working across the entire stack in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll tackle complex architecture challenges daily – not a place for perfectly scoped tickets. If you thrive in intense environments and want meaningful ownership at an early-stage company, this is for you.
What you will be doing
Building and shipping full-stack features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and some DevOps
Working on complex data management and infrastructure challenges – automating systems that are constantly evolving and doing unexpected things
Contributing to product decisions and joining customer conversations to shape where the product goes
Anticipating edge cases in complex enterprise systems and designing resilient solutions
Moving fast alongside a 10-person team – delivering at startup pace with high ownership and high trust
