Our Client
Our client, a bakery retail company, seeks to employ a Procurement Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Manage procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards.
- Lead and supervise the procurement team.
- Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis for management
Requirements
- B.Sc.
or HND in Purchasing & Supply, Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement experience, including leadership responsibilities
