Our Client
Our client, an automotive engineering & Industrial supplies company, seeks to employ a Marketing & Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for lubricant products.
  • Identify and acquire new customers across retail, commercial, industrial, and fleet segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to promote products, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Execute marketing initiatives, product promotions, and brand activation campaigns to increase market penetration.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments, providing timely market intelligence.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, weekly activity reports, and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and customer engagement activities where required.
  • Ensure achievement of individual sales targets while maintaining profitability and compliance with company policies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the lubricants, automotive, oil & gas, FMCG, or industrial products sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of lubricant products and the Nigerian lubricant market is an added advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
