Our Client
Our client, an energy infrastructure company, seeks to employ a Corporate Finance Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, capital raising initiatives, and balance sheet management activities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and business performance reports.
  • Assist in evaluating project finance opportunities, investment decisions, and risk-return metrics across the business portfolio.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with lenders, investors, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to support funding and working capital requirements.
  • Support debt and equity fundraising activities for corporate and project financing needs.
  • Assist in treasury management, cash flow planning, liquidity monitoring, and financial risk management.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of effective financial controls, policies, and reporting processes.
  • Assist with tax planning, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams to support financial operations, asset and liability management, and banking activities.
  • Prepare financial presentations, reports, proposals, and investment materials for management and stakeholders.
  • Support strategic partnerships, financial alliances, and business expansion initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Investment Management, or Project Finance.
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with capital raising, treasury management, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of the energy, power, or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
  • ACA, ACCA, CFA, or a Master's degree is an added advantage.
