Our Client
Our client, a bakery retail company, seeks to employ a Business Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee
and coordinate daily business operations.
- Improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Coordinate procurement, warehousing, logistics, sales, and business functions.
- Supervise inventory planning and warehouse operations.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and operational reports.
- Manage operational budgets and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate operations staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CILT, or CIPS certifications are an advantage.
- 5–8 years in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
