Right at Home is urgently hiring caregivers in the Salem area! We have immediate client needs and are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and adults who need support at home.
Caregiving experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you have the heart to care for others, we will provide the training and support you need to be successful.

Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting clients with personal care
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Providing medication reminders
- Supporting clients with daily routines
- Reporting changes in client condition to the office team
What We Are Looking For:
- Compassionate and dependable caregivers
- Individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
