Right at Home Boston and Maine’s Malden office is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers, Home Health Aides, and CNAs for full-time positions supporting clients in Reading, North Reading, Wakefield and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Provide medication reminders
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands when assigned
- Document services and report changes in a client’s condition
- Follow the client’s care plan and company safety requirements
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred
- CNA, HHA, or personal care experience is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned service area
- Ability to complete all required background checks, health documentation, and training
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Pay and Schedule
- Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
- Full-time positions available
- Daytime, Short hours blocks and weekend opportunities
