About the Role
You'll join a stealth healthtech startup building Europe's leading GLP-1 platform as a Founders Associate. Working directly with the founding team in a lean environment, you'll wear multiple hats across operations, strategy, and execution—helping scale a high-impact business from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end operational projects that directly impact company growth and efficiency.
- Build processes and automations to eliminate repetitive manual work across the organization.
- Support cross-functional initiatives spanning product, commercial, and clinical operations.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions as the team grows.
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution alongside founders.
What We're Looking For
- Strong operational mindset with a bias toward execution and measurable results.
- Generalist background with comfort across multiple domains (business operations, project management, or similar).
- High sense of ownership and accountability; you thrive in ambiguity and take initiative without waiting for direction.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for healthcare and understanding of the GLP-1 market is a plus.
Location
On-site in Berlin, five days per week.
