Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Level I associate to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will support warehouse operations by handling materials, operating equipment, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth distribution processes and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general warehouse duties in a timely manner with direction from supervisor
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Safely assist in the loading and unloading of transport vehicles
  • Properly pick and pack items according to company standards
  • Prepare outbound shipments according to QA standards
  • Transact and process material in the Warehouse system
  • Physically receive and document inbound shipments using BOL’s, in accordance with established process and procedures
  • Inspect and report non-conformances on inbound shipments (physical damage, missing parts, part/serial number mismatches)
  • Utilize courier/freight forwarder software (i.e. FedEx Ship Manager)
  • Prepare and organize orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
  • Maintain strict adherence to company personal conduct policies
  • Perform other job-related duties as required

Education & Experience:

  • High School or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Read, understand, and carry out written instructions
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive transactions with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the defined SOP
  • Adaptive to workload peaks and need for OT
  • Able to regularly lift and/or safely lift and handle heavy loads, both manually and with devices
  • Basic Advance Pro (AP) knowledge considered an asset
  • Forklift experience considered an asset
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 working environment considered an asset+
