Cybersecurity Requirement Management

The "Cybersecurity Requirements Manager" is responsible for deriving and managing cybersecurity requirements for MCU/SoC and software products. In this role, you will establish appropriate cybersecurity goals for our products—based on existing and emerging cybersecurity regulations (primarily UN R155 for automotive applications and other international regulations)—and support efforts to achieve them.
To this end, you will research and communicate the latest market trends regarding cybersecurity requirements for MCUs/SoCs and software to both internal and external stakeholders, while also coordinating with global product development and quality assurance departments.

1. Derivation and management of cybersecurity requirements for MCU/SoC and software products (threat analysis, creation of requirements specifications)
2. Research on the latest market trends regarding cybersecurity requirements
3. Creation and communication of cybersecurity roadmaps (internally and externally)
4. Proposing improvements to the cybersecurity requirements management process
5. Demonstrating leadership across departments and in external engagements

・Experience in cybersecurity development or requirements development for MCUs/SoCs and software products
・Understanding of cybersecurity development processes
・Strong communication skills capable of effectively explaining and coordinating technical matters with stakeholders, such as customers and management

・Deep understanding of MCU/SoC security use cases, including encryption, secure boot, secure updates, and product lifecycles
・Understanding of automotive E/E architectures and cybersecurity
・Experience leading product specification definition as a requirements manager in development projects
・Experience formulating cross-product cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps
