In addition, Red Bull Hangar-7 offers space for art exhibitions and, with Restaurant Ikarus, two bars, an outdoor lounge, and a café, it is not just an event location – but also a meeting place for art enthusiasts, gourmets, and visitors from all over the world. Restaurant Ikarus, awarded two Michelin stars and 19 points in Gault&Millau, continually opens up new culinary perspectives with its extraordinary guest chef concept. Every month, the world’s best chefs present their own culinary creations at the highest international level.
Job Description
Preparation and cooking of high-quality meals for our various outlets (Ikarus Restaurant, Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, Mayday Bar & Outdoor Lounge)
Team leadership
Menu design and planning
Contributing your own creative ideas
Responsibility for purchasing and storing goods
Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP)
Qualifications
Several years of professional experience in upscale dining
Excellent product knowledge and expertise
Enthusiasm and a strong interest in a work environment with high quality standards
A polished, confident, and friendly demeanor
Ability to think and act independently
Ability to work well in a team, flexibility, resilience, and reliability
Excellent German and English language skills
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.900 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
