We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our fully integrated multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic, serving the Greater Phoenix area (i.e. Deer Valley). This role offers a balanced caseload, strong team support, and clear opportunities for career growth within a PT-owned practice.

Position Overview
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients on pain science, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
