About this role

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Format research reports, etc. to meet graphic standards.
  • Liaison between Publishing, analyst teams and SAs to ensure the product is completed in a timely manner.
  • Administrative functions include ensuring various coverage databases remain in sync for analyst and/or coverage changes and/or corporate actions
  • Provide training and support to new analyst teams on Publishing processes.
  • Welcome new hires. Ensure correct set up in MIS and BlueMatrix. Confirm access to various apps, R1, GD, Insight, HUB, RBC Tools. Arrange for new distribution lists for new Analysts.
  • Update roles, i.e. associate to analyst, when necessary.
  • Maintain workgroups in BlueMatrix.
  • Update ad-hoc as needed in GD and BlueMatrix.
  • Assist with testing enhancements in BlueMatrix preprod.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Working knowledge of BlueMatrix.
  • Understanding and experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat
  • Good communication Skills (both oral and written)
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Works well within a team dynamic but is capable of working independently.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to anticipate what must be done to ensure each step is followed for successful publishing of research materials.
  • Work well under pressure

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$80,000.00 - $ 115,000.00
