When you join RadNet as a Research Technologist Assistant, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Adhere to all GCP and Human subjects Protection guidelines and research regulations
- Maintain GCP And Human Subjects Protection certificates and training
- Respond to email notifications from the research team and preps for the patient appointments
- Review each modality imaging schedule to identify imaging subjects and prep for appointments
- Assist technologist with imaging media requirements and study specific paper work
- Ensure supplies or specialty equipment are available for the designated exam and technologist
- Upload all imaging media into designated study specific portals
- Manage all queries for all studies with the assistance of the research staff
- Maintain all research binders to ensure the archival of study correspondence and media materials is complete and accurate
- Assist the Regulatory Coordinator with any tasks
- Obtain training documents and signatures from technologists and radiologists using the correct formats and ensures distribution and filing of the documents
- Respond to requests for training in a timely manner
- Assist with the identification and consenting of subjects for designated research protocols
- Correspond with research sites, imaging core labs and CRO’s on updates for any study related issues
- Promote public relations through excellent service to patients, research sites, referring physicians, vendors, and other clients on the phone or in person
- May attend off site trainings and study related visits

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- Must have one of the following: a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possesses and utilizes excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Must be detail-oriented and organized, possess clerical skills, and have the ability to interact effectively with physicians, referring physicians and staff, patients, vendors, peers, and management
- Must have clean driving record

Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
