As a Managed Services - AI Solution Developer, you will engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. This role involves translating business needs into structured use cases, solution designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards. You will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will design and build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, configure agents, and integrate systems using APIs and connectors. Your work will support deployment, documentation, user adoption, and continuous improvement while adhering to security and responsible AI standards.

Responsibilities

- Engaging with business stakeholders to identify and understand processes, challenges, and desired outcomes
- Translating business needs into structured use cases, solution designs, and user stories
- Designing and building AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and APIs
- Configuring agents, prompts, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements
- Extending solutions with targeted custom code without requiring full-stack development
- Developing prototypes and production-ready solutions in collaboration with data and engineering teams
- Testing functionality, integrations, and response quality to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Supporting deployment, documentation, and user adoption while adhering to security and responsible AI standards
- Utilizing analytical skills to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating with teams to deliver AI-driven solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Possessing Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI
- Demonstrating familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Utilizing Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or PowerShell for solution development
- Embracing responsible AI practices, including security and privacy measures
- Navigating Agile delivery frameworks, including Jira and Confluence
- Understanding Model Context Protocol and enterprise integration patterns
- Developing solutions in financial services or other regulated industries
