Are you a Product Manager who enjoys going beyond the roadmap and working closely with Engineering to understand how products actually work?

At Telesign, we're looking for a Technical Product Manager to help evolve our digital identity, fraud prevention, and verification products.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer teams, turning customer and business needs into clear technical requirements and helping teams deliver scalable, reliable products.

What you'll do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog in Jira.
• Translate product and customer needs into user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering on APIs, system dependencies, data flows, integrations, and technical trade-offs.
• Act as the Product Owner within Agile teams and support sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and releases.
• Balance customer impact, business priorities, technical feasibility, scalability, and reliability.
• Partner with global stakeholders to ensure teams have the clarity they need to deliver.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with backlog management and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Technical understanding of APIs, software development processes, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Ability to write clear user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and confidence working with global teams.

Nice to have

Experience with REST APIs, SaaS, CPaaS, telecommunications, identity, authentication, fraud prevention, or risk-based products is a plus.

This is not a software engineering role. You don't need to be a developer, but you should feel comfortable discussing technical solutions, understanding system behavior, and working side-by-side with engineers.
