Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
Prepare and assemble drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Operate POS systems to process sales and manage customer payments with precision
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance sales opportunities and improve guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with drink preparation or bar work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
