Job DetailsJob Location: Credit Union of Texas Event Center - Allen, TX 75002Proof of the Pudding is an award-winning catering company throughout the Southeast with a commitment to creating quality culinary concepts from scratch. This standard was upheld through the expansion into Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services by providing elevated concessions and premium offerings to collegiate stadiums, PGA golf tournaments, International Boat Shows, Professional Sports Teams, & more.
Proof of the Pudding, operator of Credit Union of Texas Event Center hospitality and concessions, is looking for Premium Bartenders to provide strong customer service to all premium hospitality areas, at Allen events.
This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by athletic events.
essential duties and responsibilities
Responsible for both pre & post bar set-up/breakdown responsibilities.
Sets bar up in a timely manner, including icing down product.
Communicates well with bar back personnel during the event to assist them with replenishment during shift.
Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service.
Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event.
Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice.
Record closing inventory
Responsible for putting away all inventory as directed.
Follows all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies.
Performs other related duties as required.
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ years of bartending experience
Must be TIPs/TEAM certified (will accept Team certification or will provide training).
Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.

Availability to work all home football games.
Live within or near Durham, NC.
Work Environment
The work environment for this position will be event operations and working out of the Football Stadium or similar venues. This position will often move throughout campus and stadium grounds on different terrains.
Uniform Requirements
Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of being in one place, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue.
Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items.
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting up-to 30 pounds.
