About this role

Job Description:

1) Develop and implement an assigned Power Automate project for the Maintenance Department to automate tracking, reminders, notifications and reporting, reducing manual work and improving process efficiency.

2) Assist Training Coordinator (TC) in developing and maintaining the Compulsory HSE Module tracker, monitoring completion status, updating records and following up on outstanding modules.

3) Develop and implement a Power Automate solution for Rewards & Recognition process, with automated data capture and database generation to eliminate manual data entry and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
