Compensation:
- $55,000 to $75,000 Annually | Experience based

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm, professional welcome.
- Consult with clients about their vehicle service needs and recommend appropriate maintenance or repairs.
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers to ensure transparency throughout the service process.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and maintain detailed customer records.
- Follow up on completed services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.

- Valid driver’s license with a good drving record.
