Position Summary:
Working from your home, the Advanced Associate, Service Delivery Management (6-month temp) supports the effective administration and delivery of service delivery operations by managing HR-related workflows, documentation, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Internal application updates and tracking: Maintain and update internal application records, ensuring accuracy and consistent tracking of changes and progress.
- Certification tracking and updating in HRIS: Monitor employees’ certification status and update certification information in HRIS in a timely manner.
- Post and manage job openings in UKG: Ensure each position is created correctly and includes all required information.
- Offboarding support: Assist with the offboarding process by coordinating required tasks, updates, and documentation to ensure a smooth transition.
- Accommodation requests: Process and manage accommodation request workflows, ensuring requests are handled properly and supported through completion.
- Monthly missing training reports: Compile and submit monthly reports identifying missing or incomplete training.
- Monthly board reports: Prepare monthly board reports using collected data, maintaining reporting completeness, accuracy, and deadlines.
- Renaming employee files: Perform administrative updates to employee records by renaming and organizing files according to established naming conventions and process requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of a 4-year course (preferably human resources management or psychology courses)
- With at least a year of corporate work experience (work experience in an HR shared services setup is an advantage)
- Must be open to a temporary assignment (9 months), starting November 2026 through July 2027.
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (8PM-5AM Manila Time) from Monday to Friday
- Ability to maintain and update internal application records with strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate tracking of changes and progress.
- Ability to monitor employees’ certification status and enter/update certification information in HRIS accurately and consistently, on time, with no errors.
- Ability to coordinate multiple offboarding-related tasks and documentation requirements, ensuring timely updates and a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Ability to manage accommodation request workflows, ensuring requests are processed properly, tracked, documented, and resolved in accordance with requirements.
- Ability to compile monthly missing training reports and monthly board reports with completeness, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines, and to perform administrative file renaming/organizing according to established naming conventions.
