Key Responsibilities
- Process and evaluate procurement requests from business units to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper asset tracking in ERP systems (e.g., NOAH).
- Support compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare procurement reports and track costs to identify savings opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in supervisory position in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Experience in vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NOAH, SAP, or Oracle) and procurement tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
