$6k Bonus + $28-$34/hr

Shift: Day Shift 7:00am – 7:00pm Night Shift 7pm - 7am

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver top-notch direct nursing care to our Long-Term, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents.

• Observe, report, and manage resident care with a supportive team backing you up.

What You Need:

• Current Ohio LPN license (unencumbered)

• Great documentation skills & strong attendance

• A passion for working with the elderly and a 12-hour shift mindset
