As a Surgical Technician, you'll work closely with our surgeon and clinical team to support patients through consultations, surgery, and recovery. If you're compassionate, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Assist the surgeon during consultations and surgical procedures
Prepare patients for surgery and provide pre- and post-operative care
Monitor patients and record vital signs
Take diagnostic radiographs and follow radiation safety protocols
Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate medical clearances and help patients understand treatment instructions
Deliver outstanding patient service and help patients feel comfortable and supported
Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive and efficient clinical environment

What We're Looking For

Dental assisting experience preferred
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety
Team-focused, professional, and eager to learn
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care

Certifications & Requirements

Current CPR Certification (required)
Dental Assisting or Oral Surgery Assisting Certification (preferred)
Hepatitis B vaccination/titer (required)
Current TB screening (required)

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to assist with patient movement and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while managing multiple priorities
