About this role
What can you expect?
You'll carry an enterprise quota in the US for one of Europe's fastest-growing software companies, working alongside a team that has built, scaled and exited a business before.
You'll own complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles where the CFO signs. No POCs, no trials — multi-year contracts sold upfront on an integration-heavy product.
You'll build your own pipeline. The motion is outbound-led and founder-AE shaped, supported by a Commercial Associate, events and a fast-growing referral channel.
You'll find the people procurement actually affects, make champions of them, and build enough insight and internal buy-in that CFO sign-off becomes the obvious next step.
You'll become the best person in the room at explaining a genuinely complex product — expect the learning curve to humble you for a while, even if you have sold complex software before.
You'll shape the US playbook rather than inherit it. New York opened 12 months ago and the team is 25; there is a great deal still to define.
You'll work far more broadly than a normal sales role — marketing, events, onboarding, product feedback, whatever the business needs.
You'll network with CFOs and procurement leaders across the US and become well known in this space.
The path from here is to own a vertical or geography, and then to run a pod as your own business unit and P&L. Pod leads at Omnea are effectively the CEOs of their own segment.
The honest version: Omnea is hard to sell, the ramp is a deliberate six months, and our brand is smaller than our business. Come in fully committed that this is right for you. In return: 108% average attainment across ramped reps, uncapped comp, equity from day one, and a year here that will feel like three or four somewhere else.
