About this role

Our technicians perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance on all production and auxiliary equipment. They troubleshoot, repair, service, and conduct ongoing maintenance to ensure uninterrupted and effective operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Utilize the skills below to repair or install industrial equipment: 
    1. Mechanical (hydraulic/pneumatic)
    2. Basic Facilities Maintenance Skills
    3. Welding (Mig/Tig)
    4. Machining
    5. Plumbing
    6. Basic Electrical Skills
    7. HVAC Skills are a Plus
  2. Troubleshoot equipment or machinery failure and problems as they arise. Ability to read schematics and solid understanding of PLC's is a plus. 
  3. Assist with various ongoing projects such as the installation and removal of equipment/machinery. 
  4. Fabricate special parts of entire pieces of equipment. 
  5. Maintain shop machinery and an orderly work area. 
  6. Perform preventive maintenance. 
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management. 

Qualifications

Formal technical training/education/certification strongly preferred. 

OR

Minimum of 4 years industrial maintenance experience. 

Computer knowledge in Windows based applications to fulfill work orders and record problems and solutions in logs.
