Job Description

Role Purpose: 
We are looking for a proactive QHSE professional to support and enhance our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization. The ideal candidate has solid experience in quality management and a passion for operational excellence, risk management, and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's integrated Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Management System.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, API Q1, ISO 14001, occupational health and safety standards, applicable legislation, and customer requirements.
- Provide guidance, support, and expert advice to management and employees on all QHSE-related matters.
- Coordinate and monitor QHSE objectives, action plans, performance indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze QHSE statistics, reports, and management review inputs, ensuring effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, investigations, risk assessments, and compliance verifications.
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up processes to minimize risks and prevent recurrence.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, environmental responsibility, and customer focus throughout the organization.
- Deliver QHSE training, awareness programs, and communication activities to ensure employee engagement and competence.
- Act as Management Representative for the Quality Management System, reporting system performance and improvement opportunities to senior management.
- Maintain QHSE documentation, procedures, and records, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with corporate requirements.
- Liaise with customers, authorities, auditors, and other external stakeholders on QHSE-related matters.
