Service Engineer - Refrigeration & AC

The Service Engineer will play a vital role in our LAC Qatar Service department, taking charge of technician supervision, client interactions, and ensuring smooth operations across AC & Refrigeration sites. This position offers an opportunity to lead and manage a team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee and manage all sites related to AC & Refrigeration, ensuring optimal performance.
• Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
• Submit invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping for all service activities.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess and maintain equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AC & Refrigeration.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Good knowledge of AC & Refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant industry software.
