The Check-In/Check-Out Clerk is responsible for checking in drivers' bills and delivery receipts, as well as scanning and entering them into the database.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Obtain required bills and delivery receipts from drivers.
  • Enter information from the bills and delivery receipts into the system.
  • Report any over, short, or damaged notations on the bills or delivery receipts to operations.
  • Work closely with drivers, dispatch, and operations.
  • Use OHFL systems to enter data and utilize information to address questions and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Perform general office duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • No experience required; OHFL will provide training.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products. AS400 experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
