The Opportunity
The Procurement Manager will lead the end-to-end procurement function for finished goods, components, and parts across NOBL Travel and FLO Pilates. The role is responsible for supplier management, strategic sourcing, procurement planning, cost optimization, purchase order governance, and procurement performance visibility.

This position will play a critical role in building a data-driven procurement organization by implementing supplier accountability frameworks, procurement dashboards, and performance scorecards while ensuring uninterrupted supply to support business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial negotiation skills with analytical capabilities and supplier relationship management experience in a fast-paced international environment.

What You'll Own

  • Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities across finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute category sourcing strategies, supplier segmentation frameworks, and supplier onboarding initiatives to strengthen supply continuity and competitiveness.
  • Drive procurement cost optimization through strategic negotiations, value engineering, alternative sourcing, MOQ optimization, and commercial term improvements.
  • Establish and manage a Supplier Performance Management Program, including scorecards, performance reviews, corrective actions, and supplier development initiatives. 
  • Build and maintain procurement dashboards that provide real-time visibility into purchase orders, production status, shipments, supplier performance, savings, and inventory coverage.
  • Oversee procurement operations, ensuring effective PO management, supplier production tracking, documentation compliance, and alignment with inventory and demand plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Logistics, Finance, Product Development, and Operations teams to support inventory availability, working capital objectives, and new product launches.
  • Drive procurement reporting, KPI governance, and process standardization to enhance decision-making, accountability, and end-to-end supply chain performance. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or professional supply chain certifications preferred.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management, with exposure to global sourcing environments.
  • Proven experience managing international supplier networks, particularly across China and Asia, with a strong focus on supplier performance and risk management.
  • Demonstrated success leading procurement negotiations, cost optimization initiatives, and value-driven sourcing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in procurement analytics, supplier scorecards, dashboard development, KPI reporting, and performance management frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in purchase order management, data analysis, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
