About this role
NSF is seeking a Technical Reviewer II with a strong understanding of the requirements and processes for their assigned program area, with end-to-end expertise in daily operations. The Technical Reviewer II delivers excellent customer service for product certification of dietary supplements including Certified for Sport. Additional schemes may include GMP, personal care products and OTC products. This individual has a strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and technical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Performs technical reviews for the assigned certification scheme program/s according to NSF and ANSI accreditation body requirements
- Responsible for maintaining certification scheme SOPs and applying certification scheme requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant KPIs
- Works directly with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of scheme services and provides superior customer service
- Training of new team members on review procedures
- Identifies opportunities for improvements and volunteers to support those
- Complies with and enforces all corporate and accreditation requirements, with a high level of integrity
- Support the achievement of new accreditations and program initiatives within given timelines
- Adaptable to new environments and support corporate change management initiatives
- Conduct data entry activities accurately, efficiently, and with an eye for detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
- Five or more years of experience with dietary supplements testing, inspection, or certification
- Expertise in laboratory analysis of athletically banned substances
- Previous experience as a technical reviewer in an ISO 17065-accredited scheme preferred
