About this role

The Talent Acquisition Partner executes full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned positions while delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience. This role partners with hiring managers to understand talent needs, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the process from requisition intake through offer acceptance. The TAP continues to build recruiting expertise, talent pipelines, and business partnership capabilities with guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, professional, and select mid-level positions.

  • Execute established recruiting plans and sourcing strategies with guidance from Senior TAPs and Talent Acquisition leadership.

  • Support hiring managers in clarifying hiring needs, job requirements, interview plans, and candidate profiles.

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through a variety of recruiting channels.

  • Conduct candidate phone screens and behavioral interviews.

  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely candidate communication.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for assigned and recurring positions using established sourcing strategies.

  • Create, review, and post accurate, inclusive job advertisements in the applicant tracking system and approved external job boards.

  • Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain timely and accurate requisition, candidate, disposition, and recruiting activity data in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

  • Support inclusive recruiting, university recruiting, career fairs, and employer-brand initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring procedures.

Collaborate with Senior TAPs on complex searches, market research, recruiting projects, and development of recruiting capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of One year of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related HR experience.

  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of interviewing techniques and candidate assessment practices.

  • Applicant tracking system experience preferred; ORC experience is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and changing priorities.
