Senior Marketing Specialist

The SR Marketing Specialist provides hands-on tactical support for the execution of marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring marketing activities are delivered efficiently across the company's digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities:

1- Campaign Execution Support:

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate campaign assets and ensure timely delivery to relevant teams.
• Track campaign timelines and flag delays to the Marketing Manager.
• Support the setup and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns.

Assist with the localization of campaign materials for different markets.

2- Content & Channel Coordination:

• Coordinate with Creative and Social Media teams on content requirements.
• Support the scheduling and publishing of marketing content.
• Ensure campaign materials align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in coordinating marketing activities with Retail Operations.

3- Market Research Support:

• Support market and competitor research activities.
• Compile data on customer trends and campaign performance.
• Assist in preparing insight summaries for the Marketing Manager.

4- Reporting & Data Entry:

• Maintain accurate records of campaign activities and budgets.
• Support the preparation of marketing performance reports.
• Update marketing trackers and dashboards regularly.
• Assist with data entry for marketing systems and tools.

5- Cross-Functional Support:

• Support coordination between Marketing and other departments.
• Assist with vendor and agency communication as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Manager.
• Participate in marketing team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail or Q-commerce.
• Excellent understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
