Dominant CBS/ABC combo serving the Tri-Cities, Tennessee and Virginia communities is looking for a Multimedia Content Producer/Director.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and work collaboratively with both our digital and television teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for broadcast and digital platforms with attention to grammar and detail.
  • Shoot and Edit video for all media platforms.
  • Create content that captivates and informs readers.
  • Set up and Support live and pre-recorded broadcast and streams.
  • Manage multiple projects with flexibility and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members while also working independently.
  • Direct and Operate remote equipment (cameras, graphics, etc.) during newscasts and LIVE productions.

Requirements:

  • Multi-tasking
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Understanding of social media and digital analytics is a plus.
  • Calm, positive demeanor under deadline pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer usage; experience with Photoshop, Adobe Suite, WordPress and OBS capabilities is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Journalism or related field.
  • Experience in television production or post-production.
