Dominant CBS/ABC combo serving the Tri-Cities, Tennessee and Virginia communities is looking for a Multimedia Content Producer/Director.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and work collaboratively with both our digital and television teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for broadcast and digital platforms with attention to grammar and detail.
- Shoot and Edit video for all media platforms.
- Create content that captivates and informs readers.
- Set up and Support live and pre-recorded broadcast and streams.
- Manage multiple projects with flexibility and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently.
- Direct and Operate remote equipment (cameras, graphics, etc.) during newscasts and LIVE productions.
Requirements:
- Multi-tasking
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media and digital analytics is a plus.
- Calm, positive demeanor under deadline pressure.
- Proficiency in computer usage; experience with Photoshop, Adobe Suite, WordPress and OBS capabilities is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Journalism or related field.
- Experience in television production or post-production.
Work Environment: Team atmosphere in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with tight deadlines.
