Position Summary
Neill Aircraft Company is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support production and shipping operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, pulling and staging materials for production, processing shipments per customer requirements, and ensuring all packaging and preservation standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Hourly Rate - $18.50 - $21.00 (Depending on experience)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile and maintain accurate records of materials used in production
- Review customer requirements and process scheduled shipments
- Package and preserve products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met
- Protect parts in plastic bags for stocking purposes
- Create packing lists and pull shipping materials based on production schedules
- Pull hardware and stage materials for production use
- Perform final buy-off of finished goods stock and validate completion of operations
- Maintain inventory levels and values in the computer database
- Issue material requisitions as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping & receiving, material handling, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience using inventory management or ERP/MRP systems preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including ability to enter and retrieve information accurately.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to use hands and fingers, talk, and hear
- Must frequently walk, reach, and handle materials
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Additional Requirements
This position requires access to U.S. Munitions List (USML) technical data. Hence the individual must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident or otherwise be specifically authorized by a license from the U.S. government to have access to USML technical data.
