About this role
Lincoln Tech Corporate Education Department is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Education Coordinator. This role provides project coordination, administrative support, compliance tracking, and reporting across multiple campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate education projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Track academic deliverables and support new program rollouts
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level communications
- Manage departmental meetings, travel arrangements, and purchase orders
- Support curriculum, accreditation, and regulatory compliance activities
- Compile and analyze educational performance data and KPIs
- Ensure accuracy of campus-submitted academic data
Qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative, operations, project coordination, or higher education support experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in education, training, compliance, or multi-site operations preferred
