About this role
Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work.Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.
Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.
Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO in order to ensure that standards of quality are being attained and for driving engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
