About this role
This role drives Lean Six Sigma deployment and process optimization at the Malaysia site through training, project coaching, and Kaizen facilitation. Key responsibilities include leading Yellow and Green Belt certifications, eliminating process waste to reduce cycle times, and coaching teams on Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS). Additionally, the position leverages data analytics and AI tools to accelerate project documentation, track financial targets, and foster a strong culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognized body (ASQ, IASSC, or
equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience facilitating Kaizen events independently — required.
- Experience completing at least one full DMAIC project from Define through Control with documented quality, lead time, or financial benefit.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, industrial equipment production, or
precision manufacturing.
Experience conducting or supporting MSA / GR&R studies.
- Exposure to SPC monitoring and statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or equivalent).
