Responsabilidades

• Technical Support
• PC's and printers troubleshot and maintenance
• Internal customer attention
• Ticketing System attendance
• Keep inventory of all PCs and Printers

 

Requisitos

• Technical skills:  repair and maintenance of PCs and printers
• Basic Office 265 application skills
• Basic English:  written and spoken
• Soft skills:  Good communication with co-workers and internal clients; self-administered and self-organized. Proactive, proposing alternative solutions to basic issues.
