Job DetailsJob Location: Punxsutawney, PA 15767Principal Area Of Responsibility:
Repair and manufacture P/M tooling and adaptation. Support the
Maintenance, secondary, engineering and quality departments in the
Repair and manufacturing of components for repair in the plant.
Assist in the fabrication of in-house projects with Engineering
Specific Duties
Program complex forms in CAM
Assist C’s and B’s in advancing their machining skills and abilities.
Be able to do hard milling
Operate all machines in Machine Shop.
Exhibit quality work and safety practices
Be a self-starter
Experience
Experience in P/M machining and four (4) or more years in the machining field.
Experience in running equipment (Lath, Mill, Surface Grinder, Cylindrical Grinder, CNC Mill Ram and Wire EDM )

Work Hours: As assigned, by shift. Overtime may be required.
Environmental Conditions: Primarily will be working on the manufacturing floor which will include high noise levels as well as powder metal dust. PPE will be provided when necessary.
QualificationsEducation
High School Diploma, Vocational schooling in machining a plus
Good mathematical skills.
Course: I Algebra, Trigonometry and Geometry desirable
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma
Skills Executed
Use of inspection instruments.
Coordinate measuring machine experience.
Blue print reading.
Experience in P/M industry.
Computer experience
