Excited to begin your journey as a ski or snowboard instructor?
Join our Winter Sports School as an Apprentice and gain hands-on experience while learning how to teach young guests. This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals (ages 14-15) who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to an unforgettable on-mountain experience.
What You’ll Do
Assist instructors with teaching skiing or snowboarding in group lesson settings.
Support guest engagement by helping create a welcoming, fun, and safe environment.
Learn instructional techniques and safety procedures under guidance.
Observe and participate in lessons to gain experience with skill progression and guest interaction.
Provide resort and mountain information to guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
Loves being outdoors, in the mountains, and being active!
Friendly, patient, positive, and great with kids.
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions such as wind, rain, and snow.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Must provide a letter of recommendation from a Brian Head Resort Winter Sport School Instructor.
